Interviews with Mysterio/Jimmy+Naomi, new WWE investor, WWE adding members of management, WWE-DA rumorkiller, Uhaa's NXT on-screen debut set, and Questions on Tough Enough as a flop, GFW replacing ROH, Barrett as WWE Champion, more Diva promotion, and Cena's booking

Rey Mysterio talked to Rolling Stone about his future, WWE, and more:

- He downplayed the heat with WWE, but Rey appeared on an AAA PPV via video with the hashtag #FreeRey while under contract.

- Eddie vs. Rey in WWE was great. It was a lot more important than "you have a title and I want to win it."

- Rey can presumably go longer just working a few shots here and there instead of full-time in WWE.

Dutch media executive John de Mol bought nearly 2 million shares in WWE, six percent of the company as a whole. He's responsible for "Big Brother" and "The Voice." WWE being a part of the bigger media world is a goal they've had for a long time/

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

Jimmy Uso and Naomi were interviewed before Smackdown. I think the tag team division has really stepped up without the Usos, and they'll be fresh when they return with more to work with.

WWE is looking for a number of new VPs and executives, reflecting their expansions both internationally and digitally.

There are rumors about WWE bringing some of its shows to Destination America, but there's nothing to them. WWE will only be airing their shows on NBCUniversal channels.

The former Uhaa Nation will make his on-screen debut for the NXT brand at Takeover:Brooklyn. His WWE name is Apollo Crews. I assume it will just be a squash match, as no opponent has been named yet.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. Tough Enough is to making superstars what Total Divas was for JoJo and Eva Marie as Divas. It's a reality show first and foremost. I think the sooner they can put it back on mothballs, the better. I doubt it gets picked up for another season.

2. I wish! Although if a show with the reach of ROH isn't a good enough lead-in for TNA, I doubt a start-up would surpass it. We'll see plenty of GFW stuff on Impact, though.

3. I think he's probably got the talent to be champion, but I think he's not nearly as hot of an act as he was when he led the Nexus. They'd have to really commit to pushing him as a top-level performer in order for it to be feasible.

4. I remember them advertising the Divas' Champion, AJ Lee, and the Bellas in the past. I think it's just a matter of them not advertising many names for live events period. I would like to see them get behind the Divas more, though.

5. People were going to complain about him feuding Rollins for the WWE Title either way, but I would have liked to have seen Owens take the title, too. Dave's pretty dense for not getting that Orton beating Rollins at WM31 set him up as the No. 1 Contender after Rollins cashed in. There's apparently only so much they can do to spell things out for people. Anyway, WWE booking generally makes more sense than it gets credit for, even if it's still generally pretty flawed.

More wrestling coming up.
