Interviews with Shaw/Ziggler, Sinclair channels dropped from Dish, Dusty Classic match at WWE taping, Beast in the Garden lineup, Barrett update, WWE seeking exec, note on Vince's birthday, Dudleyz update, and Questions on Neville vs. Stardust, Hulk's situation, TE results, mouthpieces, and WWE owning the TNA tape library

Former TNA wrestler Samuel Shaw discussed his career so far:
- Some of the Gut Check matches were pretty painful, for sure.

- I like that you had to earn your way to getting Rogers' respect.

- Honestly, Shaw wasn't really that compelling until he had trained for a while and came back with the "creepy bastard" character. He was pretty bland before then.

- I'd like to see Shaw get a shot in GFW.

Sinclair-owned channels were dropped from Dish Network following a contract dispute. ROH was still available via Destination America, other carriers, and the ROH website. This would have affected ROH to a degree if it continued, but it was soon resolved.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

WWE taped Finn Balor/Samoa Joe vs. Lucha Dragons as part of the Dusty Classic at the Smackdown taping. That should be one hell of a match.

Announced for the Oct. 3 WWE live event, to be broadcast on the WWE Network:
- BROCK LESNAR vs. Bo Dallas
- Seth Rollins vs. John Cena
- Dolph Ziggler vs. Rusev
- Randy Orton vs. Sheamus
- Chris Jericho in action.

I think we could see some changed in those matches following Night of Champions, but we'll see.

Dolph Ziggler talked before a live event. I think it would be natural to pair him with Tyler Breeze at some point.

King Barrett is off to the UK to be part of a WWE movie. It's probably a good thing for him to take time off and come back fresher.

WWE is looking for a GM in India. They're trying to make that a big market.

Stephanie McMahon and Triple H legitimately went off-script in getting the crowd to sing "Happy Birthday" to Vince.

The Dudley Boyz have signed full-time deals to return to WWE, which may span several years. They've been pushing for that for some time. I question how long they can ride the nostalgia train, but they obviously still have a lot of fans. They will continue to run their school on Florida.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. A lot of wrestlers' matches look pretty similar, just like a lot of movies have something like a three-act structure and that kind of thing. It's how most successful storytelling is. And I wouldn't mind if they had more promos using the TitanTron. I think part of what made the recent Rollins/Cena feud so good was that they didn't go face-to-face every week.

2. The Hulkster needs to sell for a time before he Hulks back up. The crowd's not ready for the comeback yet.

3. Tough Enough is further reason why I question the idea of democracy.

4. A mouthpiece wasn't so helpful for Alex Shelley recently when a knee from one of the Briscoes caused him to crack some teeth. Ouch.

5. That's probably too soon for TNA to go under and be bought by WWE. It's not an overnight process. It could happen in 2016, but I wouldn't assume it would. All the cards aren't on the table about the DA deal yet, and it's also possible Jeff Jarrett would make a play for their content. We'll see what things look like for them in the weeks and months to come.

More wrestling tomorrow.
