Interviews with Strong/Sasha/Kyoko Kimura, assorted wrestling content, podcast notes, trademark updates, WWE releases announced for indie show, AEW action figure update, Vince net worth note, Brandi note, and upcoming AEW+NXT matches

Roderick Strong spoke to PWInsider before NXT:
- I can see Strong being eager to do something new as a character.

- Lumis has absolutely cultivated this character for some time.

- UE's chemistry is off-the-charts.

- I hope all four members can grow beyond this faction in future years on Raw or Smackdown. It's easy to get complacent when you work with the same people and don't push yourself to branch out.

- Awkward with AEW doing their on Bash at the Beach.

- Strong saying he has a lot of experience working in front of small crowds popped me given all the jokes about the indies being bingo halls and such.

Batista played Andre the Giant's "The Princess Bride" character for charity. I love it!

- Batista will also be on HBO's "Room 104" beginning July 24.

Alexa Bliss' podcast will interview celebrities and WWE stars about their pre-fame lives. That's an intriguing idea, and I think she's a good fit for that role.

FS1 will air Survivor Series 2016 on July 14.

Becky Lynch is on the Bella Twins' latest podcast.

"The Bump" next week will feature NBA's Kenny Smith, Jeff Hardy, Keith Lee, and Kacy Catanzaro.

Renee Young has announced a cookbook.

Trademark news:
- WWE has trademarked "Wrestle War," as in the old WCW PPV. Honestly the only group I want to see bringing back event names from 25+ years ago is the NWA.

- WWE has trademarked "Bella Army."

- Cody has trademarked the American Nightmare logo. Yes, his neck tattoo.

- Billy (Gunn) has trademarked Colten Gunn and Sons of a Gunn, which suggests Colten and Austin will be a tag team.

- CMLL's logo has been trademarked.

Eric Young, Luke Gallows, and Karl Anderson have been announced for a July 25 independent event. Of course, we see could see them before that...

HonorClub has added matches from Chi Town Struggle 2006, End of an Age 2009, Death Before Dishonor 2009, Validation 2009, and Eye of the Storm 2009.

AEW's first action figures are available for pre-order. Prototype figures have been revealed.

Vince McMahon got press for his net worth increasing $177 million since the COVID-19 crisis hit. My guess is that's due to the incredible USA and FOX TV deals continuing to pay so well.

Sheamus is on the most recent "After The Bell."

Fyter Fest had a YouTube pre-show with Matt Hardy and Private Party.

Sasha Banks spoke to Sports Illustrated about Sammy Guevara and more.

WWE will have a legends Royal Rumble card game released August 8.

Hana Kimura's mother discussed her passing in a Japanese interview, including her time on "Terrace House". A very, very sad situation and I hope it leads to changes.

Brandi Rhodes missed Fyter Fest due to her dog passing away.

Jon Moxley's AEW Championship match with Brian Cage has been pushed back to the July 15 Dynamite, which is now known as Fight For The Fallen. So AEW will have three "special" episodes of Dynamite in a row.

Great American Bash Night Two has added:
- Legado del Fantasma vs. Drake Maverick and Breezango
- Candice LeRae vs. Mia Yim in a street fight

Fyter Fest Night two has added:
- Lance Archer vs. Joey Janela
- Kenny Omega and Hangman Page vs. Private Party for the AEW Tag Team Championship.

More wrestling tomorrow.
