Read on for my ideas for booking tonight's WWE Network special event.
- Apollo vs. MVP:
Apollo wins and gets that sweet new title. I don't like the idea of Apollo vs. Lashley next, since either of them would be hurt with a loss, but that would be a logical next step.
- Big E/Kofi vs. Cesaro/Shinsuke:
Might as well change things up with Cesaro and Shinsuke winning. The division needs an overhaul. Then again, the whole roster does.
- Asuka vs. Sasha:
Asuka wins so we get an Asuka/Kairi feud based on mutual respect to end Sane's WWE tenure. They face off at Summerslam and Shayna destroys Kairi the night after.
- Bayley vs. Cross:
No need for a title switch here. Might as well do Bayley vs. Naomi next.
- Rey vs. Seth:
If Rey re-signs, he takes Seth out, turning Rollins into a martyr for his cause. If Rey's leaving, Seth prevails in his evil scheme. Dominick is prevented from retaliating by Owens, Black, and Humberto, as they insist he join his father in the ambulance.
- Drew vs. Dolph:
My idea for this is Dolph thinking he can beat Drew in an amateur-wrestling contest. Basically every time Drew starts to get the advantage, Dolph calls the end of the round and changes the rules. This eventually escalates to Dolph just saying screw it and making chairs legal. Drew KOs him with a Claymore when Dolph comes at him with a chair and just walks off with the title.
- Braun vs. Bray:
Bray wins and Braun has to dig deep and become the Monster Among Men to stand a chance against The Fiend at Summerslam.
