Rusev announced testing positive for COVID-19. That's awful. I hope he recovers and has an amazing 2020 and beyond.

Charlotte Flair discussed her surgery, explaining it as a result of complications from a previous procedure: Tweet 1 Tweet 2 Tweet 3 Tweet 4 Tweet 5 Tweet 6 Tweet 7 Tweet 8 Tweet 9 I hope she's got a long, fulfilling career ahead of her.

The Rock is on Parade Magazine's cover this week.

"Dark Side of the Ring" will air after Impact on TSN 2 for the next two weeks.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1.a.  I think I'd be quite surprised things have dropped so much.

1.b. Long story short, I would have assumed it was because they continued the patterns they established then with talent creation, not because they went in a completely different direction with their signings but deeply failed to connect with the audience they were courting with those signings.

2. Basically younger fans are more valuable to advertisers, so having a greater share of them is seen as a win for their TV partners.

3. I would think WWE would be able to "cancel" the release and have the wrestler fulfill the remainder of the contract, since the 90-day window is part of the deal continuing under its original terms. That said, it is very, very rare for WWE to change their minds.

4. I'm under the belief Fatu has a different kind of contract that makes him exclusive to MLW, so they'd have to agree to allow him to be featured. I would think MLW would look at such things on a case-by-case basis.

5. Hahaha. No I wouldn't assume that was the case. It fits with MVP's character and the U.S. Title hadn't been redesigned since 2014.

More wrestling tomorrow.
