More on Sting-WWE, assorted WWE press, new name for Sin Cara I, TNA departure official, Bryan update, not everyone's a Bo-liever, Interview with Ziggler, Diva has surgery and Questions on Rollins' turn, Kofi's place on the card, WWE spoiling itself, the Rock 'n' Roll Express and WWE releases

WWE is going ahead with a Sting DVD and we could be seeing him in WWE 2K15. I can't wait! Fans have wanted that for YEARS. I didn't expect WWE to acknowledge TNA, but it was pretty funny for them to basically insinuate his career ended when WCW did. It will be interesting to see how WWE treats TNA if/when the company goes under and WWE gets the video library. That's by no means an assured thing, but it's not out of the question, either.

John Cena granted a woman with leukemia's final wish to see him. That's very touching. He's a great guy.

Big E talked about his workout songs and more. I think he could really get over as a babyface in time.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

The original Sin Cara is now known as Myzteziz in AAA. His gear is a combination of his looks as Sin Cara and Mistico. So he doesn't have to worry about other promotions going after him for trademark infringement for using a previous gimmick.

Kazarian is officially done with TNA and will be working ROH and other indies going forward. I hope that works out better for him than what TNA's turning into. On a side note, who's TNA's next departure? I'm thinking Garett Bischoff or ODB. I don't know how Angle's injury affects his contract. Abyss and/or Aries would be a little more on the dark horse side, but given how Abyss disappeared, I wouldn't count it out.

Daniel Bryan is being advertised for Raw. They're really walking a dangerous line by setting up him up for matches when it doesn't like like he'll be cleared in time for them. I personally don't see what's wrong with having Kane become champion while he recovers.

WWE is already selling a "BO-LEAVE" shirt. I hope he continues to get effective heat.

TNA has taken out a lot of advertising in the NYC area for their upcoming tapings, working with some PR firms in the area. How those tapings go will be a pretty good indicator of the company's health going into BFG season. It's coming close to "do or die" time with their deal with Spike.

Dolph Ziggler talked about the highs and lows of his WWE career. He definitely matches up well with both Kofi and Del Rio. I personally want to see him in a tag team with Tyler Breeze when the latter's ready to be called up.

Tamina Snuka had knee surgery. I think she'll be more valuable as a veteran in the years to come.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I pretty much agree with their sentiments here. The angle's just started! Zayn as the next member of The Shield's not a bad idea at all. I think it might better suit a character with more edge like Corey Graves, though. I personally have my heart set on Zayn debuting to win the IC Title from Barrett in a few months. It's nice WWE has a good talent pool to pull from at any rate.

2. Kofi's been booked like this for quite a while, so I don't think it has much of anything (if at all) to do with Punk. The truth of the matter is not everyone can be pushed. Some people's gifts are better used at getting others over. Kofi's a veteran who can get a good reaction with his athleticism and I don't think they want to mess with that formula. They have other people they'd rather give a chance to.

3. I think WWE does that to get people who aren't watching talking and possibly watching Raw the next night if they weren't planning on it previously. It could also be to get traffic to WWE.com to read more instead of sites like PWInsider. They do run into the problems mentioned, though.

4. That's a good question! I guess they couldn't add EVERYONE in there.

5. It also avoids negative PR should they release a number of performers at once. It also seems like WWE likes having a few of those names on hand to occasionally do some "enhancement" work (jobbing). Justin Gabriel actually just had a match with Adrian Neville on NXT.

More wrestling tomorrow.
