Ziggler homage, WWE live event notes, more names heading to TNA and Questions on Hebner and Chyna in the Hall, no-compete clauses, Cesaro vs. Brock and the Network expanding

Dolph Ziggler pulled out a Broski Boot on a live event in Long Island in tribute to Zack Ryder. Ryder was booked on the other loop, losing to Bo Dallas. That's a damn shame. Ryder was REALLY over for a while there and now he's back where he was before the gimmick change.

The Great Khali worked live events this weekend, beating Titus O'Neil. I wonder how over his outside India.

The Ascension worked live events for the main roster, defeating R-Truth and Xavier Woods. There's not a ton left for them to do in NXT, so I'm glad they're getting a look as possibly coming up to the main shows.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

JTG announced he and Shad are reuniting on the indy scene as "Crime Time" (due to WWE owning the rights to the other spelling).  He couldn't have been surprised at the release. Cryme Tyme is one of my favorite gimmicks of their era. They got a lot of segments out of it.

Tommy Dreamer and Rhino have been announced for TNA's NYC tapings, while Homicide is set for Destination X. TNA's really swinging for the fences now. It's about time. I'm curious to see how long some of these names stick around.

Update: Low Ki and Brian Cage are also working Destination X. There's been talk of Low Ki coming back to TNA in a regular role for a while now.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. If Hebner leaves TNA, I can see him going in at some point (as he should). Chyna could end up in as well if she gets back in the company's good graces.

2. It's basically a 90-day paid vacation and they can still take indy bookings, as was said. I imagine a talent could turn down that money in order to start working TNA or wherever before the time is up, but I don't see many wrestlers wanting to go that route.

3. I don't know how much that would benefit Cesaro in the long run. I like Bryan vs. Brock for the title, but a one-day title reign for Cesaro feels like a deal-breaker for me.

4. I don't know if WWE's confident enough in their ability for it to go off without a hitch in other countries yet. That's going to be key. It's definitely a good idea to start the UK deal with a bang, though!

5. It could be worth a shot!

More wrestling tomorrow.
