Main Event Reax - 7/1/14, more Cena promotion, TNA showing a Foley PPV, TNA visitor, new TNA producer, live notes from Raw, Emma arrested, Interview with Heyman, WWE press, Titus honored, Raw audience, more content added to WWE Network, Raw match, more on Bryan, NXT names in dark match, Ryder update, Vickie's life after WWE, Dreamer training and Questions on Owen, getting time off in WWE, Bryan's injury, Cena's booking and wrestling contracts

Main Event:
That was a pretty good opening segment. I'm glad the people involved all got mic time to put over the IC Title battle royal. The championship should be really important and worth winning.

The Wyatt Family are pretty over. It's cool to see.

Good match to re-establish Rowan and Harper after losing at MITB. They've got to be my favorite team in wrestling today.

Bleh. I couldn't care much less about Naomi vs. Cameron or Alicia vs. Nikki. Now that AJ is back, that's where my interest is.

I like Sheamus vs. Del Rio for the title. I know others aren't big fans of the two of them squaring off.

The Heyman/Cesaro segment was pretty cool. Heyman can get heat on anyone, and tying Cesaro's injury to Bryan and Barrett was clever.

Good main event! The IC Title match should be pretty good.

Everything else from Tuesday is after the break.

TNA will be airing a taped PPV focusing on Mick Foley's tenure in the company. I wouldn't read too much into that. It's probably just looking to cash in on his time there.

Actor Josh Saviano of "The Wonder Years" visited Jason Hervey at TNA's tapings in NYC. That's pretty cool.

OVW talent James Long (formerly Paradyse) is working as a producer in TNA now. I hope that's a good hiring.

John Cena will be on the cover for WWE 2K15. I don't know how far back that decision was made, but Daniel Bryan won the main event of WrestleMania this year. He should have been on the cover.

Here are live notes from Monday's Raw, including what happened after the main event. I'm curious to see how Cena vs. Kane vs. Orton vs. Reigns will be received.

WWE Diva Emma was arrested Monday and charged with shoplifting an item worth less than $250 for something from Wal-Mart. She was released about an hour afterward and was backstage at Raw, but not used. That's rather odd. I hope this is a one-time thing.

Update: WWE released a statement on her arrest. That's a little vague. At this point, it sounded like they weren't going to take any punitive actions. It was a minor offense, so I don't think there was much reason to do anything beyond what the authorities did.

Update: Emma was sentenced to community service. Her side of the story is that she was using a self-checkout counter and forgot to ring up an item. Sounds like a fairly open-and-shut case, but I'll wait to see what else came out about it.

Update: the local police department gave their side of the story. Yeah, I find it hard to believe Emma would intentionally steal something worth $21 and think she could get away with it. Did they really need to arrest her over $21? Couldn't she just have had some money wired to her or something and they call it a day? There's got to be more to it than this.

Update: following taking an online course and doing some community service, the charge will be dropped. If the courts view it as a minor thing, I think WWE should as well. If she intentionally tried to steal something worth $1000 or something, this would be different. But it sounds like an accident, or at the most a really minor crime. Still a crime, but not one worth getting too upset over.

Paul Heyman gave an interview about his new DVD. I can't wait to see that. He's amazing, and perfect in his role.

Santino Marella made an appearance in New York City to promote an anti-bullying charity. Santino seems like a pretty good guy in interviews and such.

WWE has already released a new Chris Jericho shirt. He's not going to be there long, so they're getting the most out of it.

Darren Young took part in the 2014 Pride March in NYC. No update on when he's returning, but he's working hard to be ready when he is cleared. It'll be interesting to see where he fits in when he comes back. Would he have been released recently if he wasn't injured?

Titus O'Neil was honored with a humanitarian award from Rev. Jesse Jackson. He's done a good deal of charity work. I think keeping his public image in high regard helps his career.

Raw's audience Monday was 4.33 million, a pretty nice jump from the previous week. It was a pretty newsworthy show.

WWE will add Saturday Night's Main Event content to the WWE Network this coming Monday. WWE has so much content out there it will take them a while to get all of it up.

Chris Jericho vs. The Miz is set for Raw. That should be good. I look forward to Jericho vs. Wyatt. Maybe we get Jericho vs. Rollins as well? Those two feuding for the briefcase going into Night of Champions would be my pitch.

Daniel Bryan appeared in his ring gear as part of an anti-smoking PSA taped before Smackdown. This shouldn't be taken as a sign of him being cleared soon or anything. Sorry. I want him back soon, too, but it's not happening yet.

The Ascension from NXT lost to Goldust and Stardust ahead of Smackdown. I like them and think they could be pretty successful. I think Father James Mitchell (ECW's Sinister Minister) should be signed to manage them, although Paige would probably fit the role well also.

WWEShop is no longer selling Zack Ryder merchandise. They cut off their nose to spite their face with him. It's petty BS on their part.

Vickie Guerrero is moving on to a career in the medical field post-WWE. She's separating herself from wrestling and the Guerreros. She's earned the right to do her own thing.

Tommy Dreamer's House of Hardcore has announced a training seminar. I imagine his trainees would be on TNA's radar given Dreamer's employment there.

For my take on Tuesday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I hope Triple H can work his magic on Martha Hart to get Owen into the Hall in a few years. It's beyond time for both sides to come together and move on. I think I'd even be OK with them putting Owen in against her wishes. They'd be doing it to honor his time there, not throw her under a bus or whatever she thinks.

2. Yeah, it depends on the talent. Some have more pull than others and some situations are more severe than others.

3. It was just an error. There's no timetable for a Bryan return yet.

4. Some things are still like the '80s in WWE and some aren't. Vince is obviously quite high on Cena as the top face.

5. The one for The Shield vs. Evolution leaked out and was hysterical. It's not like a ton of people will ever see the contract anyway.

More wrestling coming up.
