Even more Mania visitors, notes on Sin Cara and the eliminated TE competitor, Raven vlogs, Questions on Sheamus, The Rock, the Invasion, and Future HoFers, Sheamus, Booker T and Trish Stratus interviews, Hogan and Bubba The Love Sponge raise $100,000 for charity, Snooki, JR, and Angle updates, no DWTS for Austin, more on Highspots.com-Ric Flair lawsuit, Monday's ratings, and Taker/HHH fined by WWE for chair shot

Here's Tuesday's news, in the order it was reported:

Larry "The Ax" Hennig (relative of Michael McGillicutty), Indy star Chris Hero, ex-WCW star Glacier, and Dos Caras, Sr. (Alberto Del Rio's father) all visited WWE at WrestleMania weekend.

Sin Cara already has merchandise available. Surely they're thinking of masks down the line if he gets over well enough. He used a trampoline to assist his entrance on Raw.

Ariane Andrews, who was eliminated on Tough Enough, has signed a deal with FCW. Hopefully her attitude and desire have improved since that was taped or will shortly. "Alicia Fox" was trending on Twitter after her pre-elimination comment.

Some wrestlers had to stay at the arena an extra hour after Raw while Atlanta was under tornado alert.

Raven talks WM27 and how his match ten Manias ago nearly took out the power grid at the Astrodome here.

After the break, I look at PWInsider.com's questions of the day,. First up, was Sheamus pushed too quickly?

When Sheamus first won the WWE Title at TLC, and for a little while after that, I did think he was being pushed too quickly. But he ended up carrying himself well and in retrospect I don't have a problem with how he was used. I felt the same way about Edge and John Cena during their first reigns, but they obviously came along pretty nicely. I felt similarly for The Miz for the first couple months of his reign. Apparently there were contract issues that led to the de-push. If him being not pushed well now means we don't have another Brock Lesnar situation, I'm ok with it in the long-term. Sheamus is money if they're on the same page and can keep him for a good while.

I'm glad that the WWE stars like The Rock's return. As long as his appearance helps everyone in the long run, that should be pretty likeable.

As for question #3, I was also pretty young when the Alliance angle aired and I loved it because I thought it was real. For what it was, it was good, BUT it certainly wasn't the big dream clash with WCW and ECW that long-term fans at the time wanted. To be fair, it would have cost a LOT of money to hire some of those big WCW names (since they were still under big guaranteed contracts to AOL Time Warner), and some of them were hurt or not all that motivated at the time. So, they decided to hold off on hiring those guys. (Some say that they should have easily been able to make that money back, given how big of an angle this was.) Not to mention that the WWF locker room wasn't crazy about a bunch of new guys from a company that just went out of business coming in and getting a bunch of airtime at the expense of the people who stayed loyal to the WWF. Especially after some of those guys had some ill-received matches early on in the angle. Not that it was exclusively the talent's fault that WCW went out of business, mind you.

Oh, and a lot of fans think that the McMahons were too big a part of the story, though we just came off of Shane vs. Vince at Mania and that made sense from a storyline perspective. I don't know if they could have gotten Eric Bischoff, or if they even wanted him. Anyway, the quick version is that it's not as simple as you'd think to make a WWF vs. WCW/ECW dream feud. Not to mention that the WCW and ECW of 2001 were shells of the companies of a few years prior.

Arn Anderson's pretty much a guarantee for the WWE Hall of Fame down the line. They just don't want to induct everyone at once. Ron Simmons will likely get in down the line, too. Bob Backlund actually doesn't want in at this point, because he thinks he's still got a run in him for one of the major promotions. He's not one to slack off, that's for sure.

I don't think I'm qualified to answer the question about the territories, so I'll move on.

Sheamus was interviewed about WWE All-Stars, and Stone Cold cut a promo for it.

I know a lot of people aren't fans of either of these guys inside and outside of wrestling, but you have to hand it to them for this one: Hulk Hogan and Bubba The Love Sponge helped raise $100,000 for a charity in Florida.

Booker T. and Trish Stratus did more press for Tough Enough. Good for them.

Snooki told TMZ that she doubts that she'll return to wrestling, given how busy she is at present with Jersey Shore.

Jim Ross was added to Raw 3 hours before showtime, and had to have his eye flushed out by a WWE doctor after he was squirted by barbecue sauce.

Stone Cold Steve Austin turned down Dancing With The Stars. Seeing him stun the judges and other dancers would be about the only reason I'd tune in.

There's now a smartphone application for WWE Tough Enough with videos, photos, and the like.

Here's an update on the lawsuit between Highspots.com and Ric Flair, which I'm almost certain I haven't covered here before. Things like this (and the incident in Europe a few months back) are what I was alluding to when knocking Flair's lifestyle in my Tough Enough post.

Kurt Angle now blames a family member for using his Twitter account to post the comments made about WrestleMania. That makes more sense. Talk about a prank that can get people angry at your relative! This is why you don't share accounts with people you can't trust, and keep your login info secret.

WWE Raw drew a fantastic 3.8 rating on Monday.

The Hall of Fame broadcast drew a 2.36, also very solid.

And Tough Enough drew a pretty impressive 2.51, with replays getting a .97 and .56. Amazing debut. This could be a real moneymaker for WWE. USA is very pleased with that number.

WWE has a press release on The Rock vs. John Cena for WrestleMania XXVIII, and also one for Triple H and The Undertaker being fined for the use of a chair shot to the head in their match. WWE takes the latter very seriously due to the dangers of concussions. Both press releases are here on WWE's Corporate site. In other words, that's not a storyline.

If Rock/Cena really goes down (I'm still a bit skeptical), that will be huge. And kudos to WWE for not only promoting a marquee match while the iron is still hot, but sticking to their concussion policy even for two of their biggest stars.

That's all for Tuesday's news. More will be posted tomorrow.
