More wrestling books, WWE bans the word wrestling (seriously), Former and future WWE stars visit, Goldust update, WWE doctor interviewed, WWE stars sell injuries, Bryan talks, problems ordering Mania, and the result of Sheamus vs. Bryan

Here's the news for WrestleMania Sunday:

The Ultimate Warrior is now starting work on a book about his career. I hope it's in the style of his promos, which were pretty off-the-wall. Honestly though, that could be an interesting read. He's definitely a unique part of wrestling history.

Marc Mero released a motivational book last November.

World Wre... umm WWE has passed a company edict where no one there can refer to what they do as "wrestling". The name for the company going forward will simply be "WWE, Inc." in all of its press releases and the like. This is... ridiculous. I can't even think of much else to describe it. On one level, as long as the in-ring product is good, I'm ok with it, but it's one of the most bizarre things I've ever heard in the business. I wonder what the old-school people who were proud to be called wrestlers and wrestling fans think of this. I get that they want to distance themselves from the wrestling image or stereotype, but I'm not sure that this is the way to go about it. I mean, this is "Onion" level news... but real! I'll still follow and support the company, but this is seriously weird. I'll still likely refer to what they do as wrestling, with "sports entertainment" being there as well.

More news after the break, including the result of the dark match at WrestleMania.

Lita, Ernest Miller, and TNA agent/wrestler Tommy Dreamer all visited at the hotel WWE rented in Atlanta. Shane McMahon, however, was not involved with the company at all this weekend.

Update: Nikita Koloff was at the Hall of Fame ceremony. Sin Cara and Awesome Kong were/are also both in Atlanta.

Update: Chief Jay Strongbow was backstage at WrestleMania.

By all reports, Drew Carey was a nice and respectful guy backstage. Note that the company asked him to be in the Hall of Fame. Entertainment, not wrestling indeed.

The latest update on Goldust is that he hopes to be able to return to the ring in late June or early July.

Here's a pretty cool look at one of WWE's resident doctors.

Cody Rhodes wore his facemask around town in Atlanta in keeping with his gimmick. Pretty cool.

Update: Vladimir Kozlov also sold his injury by wearing an arm sling in public.

Former WWE Diva Tiffany is back on Twitter.

Daniel Bryan talked about competing at WrestleMania here. Obviously this was before he got bumped to the pre-show.

A sizable number of people had problems ordering WrestleMania because for whatever reason they had to call their cable company to order the show instead of just pushing a button like every other show. Ridiculous. They better get a partial refund.

Sheamus vs. Daniel Bryan was made into a Lumberjack match at the last minute, and put on before the show started airing. The match was thrown out as the Lumberjacks started brawling. The match then became a non-title battle royal with The Great Khali beating Sheamus. Crazy show.

That's all for tonight's wrestling/sports entertainment news. I'll have more after WWE Raw.
