Heenan injured, WWE selling video library?, Interviews with Melendez/Ziggler/Swagger/Sheamus, live notes from Takeover, NXT taping note, latest on Punk-WWE, Takeover guests, new international WWE deal, upcoming WWE matches, NXT names on main roster again, live event note, match set for Raw and Questions on Kenta's new WWE name, Brie vs. Nikki, Raw commentary, Bully Ray, and Havok

Bobby "The Brain" Heenan fell and broke his hip at home and will likely require surgery. He has pulled out of upcoming appearances. That's very unfortunate. I hope he recovers well.

There's a rumor going around about WWE selling its entire video library to Warner Bros.. I find that incredibly unlikely, given the use of WWE's library for the Network. The more likely scenario is WWE partnering with WB for DVD releases and the like.

New TNA signee Chris Melendez gave an interview about training with Team 3D and more. If Devon's staying there without Bully Ray, it would be wise to team him with Melendez. The rookie needs an experienced hand to work with. I think Rhino would also work as a partner given the ECW connection.

Here are some live thoughts from Takeover. I also think Mojo and Bull could use more fine-tuning. The "fans getting themselves over" thing is part of the main roster a lot as well. It's depressing. Some fans just do it when they don't like what's going on the ring, but others do it regardless.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

Advertised for the first NXT taping post-Takeover was the in-ring debut of Hideo Itsumi (formerly Kenta), and Enzo Amore teaming with Colin Cassady against Sylvester LeFort and Marcus Louis. I'm curious to see what they do with Itsumi.

Dolph Ziggler talked about part-timers in WWE and more. I'm more accepting of part-timers than I used to be, but I still believe they have to used wisely and carefully.

WWE's website is no longer selling any C.M. Punk merchandise. Talk about your bad breakups. It definitely doesn't look like the two sides are coming together anytime in the foreseeable future. Not for Punk to say goodbye. Not for the Hall of Fame. Not at all. That could change down the line, but it's not looking good for them right now.

Funaki and SoCal Val were at NXT Takeover. Funaki's been seen alongside Itsumi before down there. I wonder what the odds are of Val being used in some capacity in WWE, like as an interviewer or something. TNA's almost not the same without her.

Mojo Rawley just came off a knee injury before Takeover. Mojo gets a lot of flak online, but I do want to give him credit for getting in better shape during his tenure in NXT. I hope he continues to improve in all aspects.

Jack Swagger talked ahead of a live event. Why can't they interview Zeb!?

WWE has signed a deal to stay on the air in India through 2019. I'm surprised we haven't seen an Indian wrestler signed to NXT yet.

An upcoming WWE live event is advertising John Cena vs. Seth Rollins in a non-title match as well as Big Show vs. Rusev. I'm all for Rusev beating Henry and Show, and am glad it doesn't look like we're in for a brief end to Brock's reign.

Sheamus talked about how international the WWE roster is in a piece mainly focusing on knocking down rumors of being in Star Wars Episode VII. I think WWE will pull in more international stars in the years to come. Hopefully some of these come from markets we don't see a lot of wrestlers come from.

Adrian Neville, Sami Zayn, and Tyler Breeze have all been booked for the next several weeks of TV. It's possible they'll just be doing dark matches or something, but I'd like to think they'll be used to promote the NXT brand by appearing on TV. That's exciting! I hope it's not too long before we see Zayn in particular officially "graduate" to the main roster. Maybe they could do a triple threat where the winner is brought up? My initial idea was having Cesaro win the U.S. Title soon and build up some wins before Zayn comes in and feuds with him, but they could also go the triple threat route.

Vince McMahon tweeted appreciation for NXT Takeover. I really hope the product becomes more like NXT in the years to come (at least as far as the lack of Bella Twins kind of segments).

Big E and Kofi Kingston teamed up on a recent live event. No Xavier Woods, though. I'm guessing WWE's still testing the waters on that group.

WWE has announced Paige and Nikki Bella vs. AJ Lee and Brie Bella for Raw. That makes sense to set the stage for Night of Champions.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I wouldn't be surprised if that's just something someone made up to justify a name change. WWE can copyright the new name and retain the rights to it.

2. Brie vs. Nikki at Hell in a Cell maybe? I could actually see them dragging it out to Survivor Series or longer.

3. Hopefully everyone involved realized how much better things are when the commentators focus on the match and the competitors. I think it was just a rare moment of clarity, though.

4. It's still entirely within the realm of possibility he ends up coming to terms to work BFG. It's even possible he signs a longer-term deal. However, it's also possible (and maybe even more likely) we've seen the last of Bully in TNA. I think in a pinch Tommy Dreamer could team with Devon to finish out the tag series. Just imagine if the finale to the tag series doesn't include Bully Ray OR Davey Richards...

5. I can kind of see it. I don't think I'd immediately associate the two gimmicks, though.

More wrestling tomorrow.
