Interviews with Hardys/Steamboat, BFG's PPV status, TNA TV tapings, more on Lucha Underground, Foley update, Flair blasted, Smackdown update, Baker note, more on North Korea wrestling, October PPV posters, TNA-MMA results and Questions on Turner talking WCW, Cena's booking, Rock in the Hall, and Network subscriptions

The Hardys talked about their current TNA run. Pretty fun stuff.

Bound For Glory will air on tape delay in the U.S.. That will be interesting.

TNA will tape TV next week in Bethlehem, PA. So the direction for after BFG will be taped before BFG itself!

Ricky Steamboat talked about being a face his whole career, Flair and more. Those were the days!

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

Some talents will be working dark matches for Lucha Underground to get a feel for how it works. This could potentially lead to them signing with the promotion. The former Jesus (Carlito's bodyguard) from WWE has signed on.

Update: Former WCW name Vampiro is doing commentary. Tough Enough's Matt Cross and DGUSA's Ricochet have also signed on. Ricochet is in for a really big push.

Update: Matt Striker will also be doing commentary. Add John Morrison, Chavo Guerrero and Tough Enough's Ivelisse Velez to the names signed. It sounds like they're putting together quite the crew!

Mick Foley has undergone one of what will be several back surgeries. I hope they're effective. He spent several days in bed during a recent vacation and has had issues walking for years now.

Former ROH owner Cary Silkin buried Ric Flair on Twitter for money Flair owed. Flair's a legend, but he's had quite a few serious legal issues.

SyFy has confirmed Smackdown as staying on Friday nights with the new TV season. It looks like a lot of people jumped the gun on something that wasn't 100% official. That's kind of disappointing.

Ox Baker has been in and out of the hospital lately. I wish him the best.

The Guardian looked at media coverage of the recent North Korean wrestling event. Things have improved from the time of Flair's visit, but there's still a long way to go there.

Posters for Hell in a Cell and Bound For Glory are up. The BFG poster has improved from the original, which drew a lot of criticism for using the WWII-era Japanese flag.

Bobby Lashley won via submission in the second round of his Bellator fight, while King Mo got the win in Round 2 of his own fight via TKO (referee stoppage). So, for anyone worried about Lashley getting wrecked while TNA Champion, he made it through in a dominant performance.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. Ted Turner definitely hasn't gone out of his way to talk about WCW. It's barely mentioned in his autobiography.

2. I actually see the current Cena angle as something of a concession to the critics: he did sell the beating for a week, and he's upped his game setting up the rematch. When (almost definitely not "if") Lesnar wins again at NoC, I don't see Cena going back into the title picture for a while unless they drag it out to Hell in a Cell. He was only champ this time because Bryan got injured. As for other stars succeeding, Bryan was the top guy before he was injured. All three members of The Shield are in top spots, too. I'd like to see less reliance on Cena as well, but this could be a LOT worse.

3. No rush, as they said. 2015 is for Sting and Savage (I hope). 2016 is for Taker. Rock can be saved for after those names go in.

4. Someone really jumped the gun on that question! The Rumble is when the next phase of subscriptions runs out. I really doubt they're dropping PPVs

Nothing to add to 5.

More wrestling tomorrow.
