Read on for my thoughts on yesterday's Main Event and 205 Live.
-- Main Event:
- Humberto vs. Ruas:
I'm impressed with Ruas. Maybe he'll end up on Raw Underground.
I enjoy two distinct styles colliding.
That was a pretty cool ending.
- Ali vs. Moss:
Pretty enjoyable so far.
Moss is growing on me. Ali is fantastic.
WOWWWW. It took three weeks to completely kill Ali's credibility after he competed for the WWE Championship.
-- 205 Live:
- Ever-Rise squash:
This show is turning into a second hour of Main Event.
How has this show survived the pandemic?
Decent match.
- Nese vs. Burch:
I like the mat work here.
Nese's athleticism is very impressive.
This is pretty solid.
Ariya and Nese vs. One Two incoming. Rinse and repeat. There's little in the way of compelling content on this show - the action is often good but everyone's fairly interchangeable. The best cruisers are on other brands.
Ha Burch didn't end up like Asuka against Sasha.
Not bad at all!
