Network show returning?, Goldberg contract update, Sonya notes, assorting wrestling notes, WWE trademarks, DiBiase, Jr.'s home in jeopardy, NXT alum arrested, WWE book coming, Interviews with Seth, WWE HoFer on Dynamite, new Emergence match, and Questions on Cain in WWE, moving Dynamite, WWE-Chyna, and dynasties

WWE is considering "Talking Smack" returning this month. The concept has been pitched since January.

Goldberg is contracted through 2022 for two matches a year. WOW. That's insane. I expected both sides to take it a match or so at a time; WWE is really committed to getting everything they can from him.

Sonya Deville has been awarded a temporary injunction against the man who broke into her house. There is a court date coming soon to make that permanent. Scary situation. She's probably going to be looking out for him for the rest of her life.

- Sonya revealed Mandy Rose was with her during the break-in.

- The defendant had sent hundreds of thousands (!) of social media messages to Sonya, from multiple accounts. These included threats against her friends and family members, who were mentioned by name. WWE needs to be putting together a team that keeps tabs on individuals like this. Other companies should be taking note as well.

Summer Struggle will have live English commentary.

Xavier's family has put together a GoFundMe to cover funeral costs.

WWE has filed trademarks for Malcolm Bivens, Mercedes Martinez, Primate Jay Melrose, Raquel Gonzales, and Retribution.

Ted DiBiase, Jr.'s home could be seized by the federal government as part of the investigation into embezzlement in Mississippi. It's very sad to hear that this family is tied to such corruption.

Raw drew 1.64 million viewers this week. Thunderdome can't come soon enough.

NXT alum Dan Matha was arrested for failure to appear in court for a traffic hearing that resulted from driving with an expired registration. He has a hearing set for September 2. Not a good post-WWE life for Matha.

WWE's "WWE Superstar Handbook: The Essential Facts and Stats on More than 300 WWE Superstars!" in March. Howard Finkel would be proud!

Seth Rollins spoke to Bleacher Report and People about Summerslam and more:

Shotzi Blackheart received a new helmet from Triple H.

Madusa will present the AEW women's tag team tournament cup. I like it a lot.

Emergence Night Two has added Willie Mack vs. Brian Myers.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:

1. They wanted a big moment for the first Smackdown on FOX, and, honestly, to prevent him from signing somewhere else and being a big star for them. Had he not been injured, I assume they would have done more with him.

2. That might not be as easy as it sounds.

3. I'd think Cornette would be quicker, since he's in better health.

4. Long story short they didn't want to draw attention to her life outside the ring.

5. None come to mind, but I'm nowhere near an aficionado for either region.

More wrestling tomorrow.
