Payback promotion, Interviews with Balor/Rose, Austin back on WWE Network, Payback injuries, TNA to the UK, and Questions on spoilers, rights issues, Payback's main event, the why of Wyatt, and Kaufman in the HoF

Seth Rollins threw out the first pitch at an Orioles game to promote Payback. Can you imagine Stone Cold doing that? I'd rather see Rollins, Kane, and J&J Security get in a brawl with the team or something. Anyway...

Finn Balor talked to a fellow Irishman. I'm really excited to see him at Takeover Wednesday night.

Adam Rose talked about the recent E:60 documentary:
- I actually like the Rose gimmick compared to Kruger's FCW stuff. It's OK to have some fun undercard stuff.

- Adam Rose is a character want to interact with. It clicks in a way Kruger really didn't.

- Rose's journey to WWE is really something. The man behind the character has been through a LOT.

- How Rose can put all that behind him to do the happy-go-lucky party gimmick is beyond me.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

Stone Cold will return to the WWE Network with a podcast featuring Paul Heyman. That has potential to really be something given their history. Heyman goading Austin into a match with BROCK LESNAR at WM32 in Texas would be amazing. I don't see much chance of it happening unless Austin really has a lot of those gimmicks in the mail called bills. If Lesnar gets Jimmy John's on his wrestling gear, can Austin come out with a jacket featuring ads for CougarLife.com and the other products from his podcast?

Ryback may have suffered a broken rib during his match with Bray Wyatt. That's unfortunate. I wonder if we're in for a rematch at Elimination Chamber. Otherwise I have no idea what they'll do with Bray.

Also at Payback, Dolph Ziggler needed ten stitches to close a gash from his match with Sheamus. Their match was really good. Almost the whole show was really solid.

TNA has announced touring the UK in early 2016. That's ambitious for a promotion that's not doing so hot right now. Hopefully things pick up for them with the move to Wednesdays and the eventual return of domestic live events.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. Spoilers are inevitable for taped shows. Thankfully, only a small part of the audience seeks them out before the show airs. And really, the people who just read spoilers to post "LOLTNA" and that kind of stuff probably weren't going to watch anyway. No, streaming illegally doesn't count.

2. It's possible they just had the rights to distribute it for a certain timeframe. It's also possible they only had the rights for things like DVDs and CDs and that doesn't apply to the Network, although that would be very short-sighted on their part.

3. Going in, I expected Kane to inadvertently help Rollins retain. Like Reigns accidentally spears Kane at ringside or something and Kane went and chokeslammed him so Rollins could sneak in and get the pin. I liked what we got much better. It helped Rollins more than putting the focus on Kane.

4. In other exaggeration news, Vince Russo single-handedly killed WCW. I do think the character has been adrift lately and lost momentum. The whole Family has, in fact. Hopefully they reunite and go on a tear again. Imagine if the Wyatts had laid out Taker at WM31? Hell, imagine if Bray beat Taker at WM31 ahead of one last Taker match next year? They keep sacrificing people who could be big deals in favor of the likes of Cena and Taker. It's pretty tiring.

5. That's pretty much it! Hopefully we do see it happen someday, though. And I don't think he did as much for wrestling as Cyndi Lauper or Mr. T did.

More wrestling tomorrow.
