Best in the World 2018 Reax

Read on for my thoughts on last night's ROH PPV.

- Kingdom vs. EVIL/BUSHI/SANADA:
Nice start.

Taven's really growing on me.

Great teamwork here.

This is heating up well.

I like the Paradise Lock spot.

Both sides are shining in this one.

Pretty good work to highlight everyone.

- Bully vs. Flip:
At least this is going on early.

Jesus. Gordon is wrestling circles around him.

HOLY SHIT THAT WAS AWFUL. Time for this dinosaur to go extinct.

- Post-match:
WHY ARE THEY STILL MAKING HIM A THING IN 2018?????

They really need to cut their losses with this one.

- Sumie/Jenny/Mayu/Tenille vs. Klein/Oedo Tai:
Nice start.

Everyone getting a chance to shine here.

I'm loving the visiting talent.

Pretty impressive stuff.

This is pretty solid. Having STARDOM talent kicks things up a notch.

Nice work!

- Aries vs. King:
Nice feeling out process here.

They're telling a pretty good story.

Both men are quite good.

This has good intensity.

OOOUUUCCCHHHHHH that missed suicide dive.

I love heel Aries.

That was pretty good! I hope we see more from Austin here.

- Lethal vs. KUSHIDA:
Two really good workers showing how it's done.

This is pretty impressive.

Nice handshake spot.

There's a solid story going on here.

This is BADASS.

Very, very good work. They told an excellent story.

- Punishment vs. Page:
I'm already enjoying this.

This is already much better than Bully Ray earlier.

Some of these moves are seriously dangerous.

This is pretty badass.

Both men look strong here.

OUCH. That curb stomp.

I love a good crazy hardcore match.

Really good stuff.

- Briscoes vs. Bucks:
This is already big.

I love how both signature styles are on display.

There's a lot of energy here. I like it.

Both teams are going all out.

This is off the charts!!

Good GOD what a cutter.

Fun use of the Briscoes' signature move.

Good drama in all of this.

They're taking this to a really high level. This might should have headlined the show.

Really impressive stuff here.

- Post-match:
Ha! The win wasn't enough! They've got to send a message.

Oooohhhh... definitely didn't see that coming. This could be a fresh direction for SoCal as they try to secure gold to keep their jobs.

- Castle vs. Cody vs. Scurll:
Man. Dalton's rough.

Dalton's definitely got a target on him here.

Nice idea having Aldis watching.

This is pretty good.

I mean, really, Castle's a sitting duck.

I loved the double submission despite it not making a ton of sense in a kayfabe sense.

Nice heel shenanigans.

Hahahaha nice use of Cody's ring.

Wow. Lots of shenanigans here.

It's like no one can get an advantage with all the tricks and run-ins.

NICE of Marty to steal Cody's move.
