Main Event Reax - 6/15/18, Arquette back in the ring, Mauro calling WWE:UK action, Interviews with Bret/205 Live talent/Sheamus/Xavier, Mid-Atlantic added to Network, WWE:UK matches released, Bruiser documentary streaming Monday, WWE Now panel set, Impact audience, NJPWxCEO matches set, Raw live event notes, and Questions on Rick Steiner, Molly in the HoF, #MeToo in WWE, catch style, and WWE signing the Beautiful People

-- Main Event:
- Titus/Apollo vs. Ascension:
It's nice to see The Ascension in action.

This isn't bad!

I like the team psychology here.

Solid ending stretch.

- Mojo vs. Gable:
I like this early.

Gable is very underutilized.

Fun in its own way, as Gable showed what he's capable of.

David Arquette returned to the ring at a CWFH event. His comeback is the subject of an upcoming documentary.

Mauro Ranallo will call WWE:UK's upcoming events. I'm curious who will be the regular team if/when it becomes a regular series.

Bret Hart talked about the WWE Hall of Fame:
- I hate when Bret puts himself over. He could have easily put over the athleticism and then said he wishes they'd do more psychology, then say he thinks he did a good job with Bulldog, but, damn.

- Bret knows exactly why WWE won't acknowledge Owen. Demolition isn't there because of the CTE lawsuit and the other two aren't there because of WWE not wanting to draw attention to their out-of-the-ring issues. If Davey Boy Jr. goes back to WWE, they might change their minds on his dad.

- Funny how WWF kicked into a higher gear post-Bret while WCW floundered with him. The wrestling world cared more about gimmicks and storylines than Bret's technical matches at that point.

Mid-Atlantic TV episodes from 1983-1985 are being uploaded to WWE Network as WWE explores that archive.

205 Live "enhancement talent" Steve Irby was profiled.

Sheamus promoted Smackdown Live's pre-MITB live event. I hope he gets back to main event level again at some point.

WWE:UK released:
Joseph Conners vs. Ashton Smith
Dave Mastiff vs. Kenny Williams
El Ligero vs. Travis Banks

Xavier Woods discussed Kenny Omega and more.

- Woods also celebrated three years of UpUpDownDown.

A Bruiser Brody documentary is being released free by Highspots to celebrate Brody's birthday.

Renee Young and Mike Rome will host WWE Now's preview of Money in the Bank, featuring Daniel Bryan and Becky Lynch. No Cathy Kelley???

Impact Wrestling drew 276,000 viewers Thursday.

NJPW's June 29 event with CEO gaming will feature:
- The Golden Lovers vs. LIJ's Tetsuya Naito and Hiromu Takhashi
- Roppongi 3K vs. Ryuskue Taguchi and Dragon Lee
- Guerillas of Destiny vs. David Finlay and Juice Robinson
- Jushin "Thunder" Liger vs. Rocky Romero
- Jeff Cobb vs. Chase Owens
- two dark matches to be announced

Goldust is back working Raw live events. He teamed with Zack Ryder and Chad Gable to defeat Mojo Rawley, Mike Kanellis, and Curt Hawkins. This came out of a singles match Mojo was having with Ryder that led to the heel run-ins and the babyfaces making the save.

For my take on Friday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. He was actually on a local school board at some point, as funny as that sounds.

2. It's pretty much a matter of when. We could easily see it happen when WWE does WrestleMania in Minneapolis, since Molly is a trainer there. WWE deliberately limits the numbers of female inductees so as to save some for future years.

3. Ummm….. that's not really the same thing. That's a more or less expected part of the performance rather than an act of unwanted sexual contact.

4. Basically the style is similar to amateur wrestling in the sense you try to get advantage by holds where possible and so on.

5. Apparently Velvet is retired from the in-ring aspect of wrestling. As was said, if WWE wanted either of them, they would have pursued them before now as both have been contractually free for quite some time. My guess is neither of them really fit in with the women's evolution and WWE would rather focus on younger names.

More wrestling coming up.
