New Impact podcast, MYC worker back in action, Taker appearance, assorted WWE press, Aro Lucha show notes, backstage MITB names, and Questions on Shinsuke's low blows, Boogeyman's worms, death matches, Corbin's direction, and the post-Mania lull

Impact Wrestling announced a new podcast focusing on reviewing their past content. I'm a little surprised they're not starting with the first weekly PPV. It's an interesting idea to focus on a lot of people who no longer work there, a lot of whom work elsewhere, but it makes sense in some ways to highlight the days when they were a much bigger deal.

Jazzy Gabert is now taking bookings again after being cleared by her doctor. I wonder if we'll see her in the Mae Young Classic and then NXT given WWE's previous interest in her. If not, Impact and ROH should definitely try to pick her up.

The Undertaker appeared onstage at a Post Malone concert in Texas. I never expected I'd be writing that! I'm glad he can enjoy life outside of his character now.

Bas Rutten discussed Nia Jax vs. Ronda Rousey. That was a smart move.

Titus O'Neil talked on Father's Day. I hope he slides again in Australia.

Triple H promoted NXT's Twitter performance. I'm glad the show succeeded to such a degree.

WWE showcased superstar dads for Father's Day.

At AroLucha's June 17 event:
- The former El Torito teamed with Thunder Rosa to defeat Demus and Kylie Rae.
- Jack Evans worked as Jack Edwards for trademark purposes. He won a four-way with ACH, Puma King, and Darby Allen.
- Rey Mysterio, Fenix, and Sammy Guevara defeated Shane Strickland, Willie Mack, and Black Taurus in the main event.
-A number of talents had a meet-and-greet before the show.
- Local Latin radio stations covered the show.
- Konnan, the Harris Twins, and Rafael Morti were producers backstage.
-- So that promotion is still going and trying to get business partners on-board.

SAnitY and the former Aiden O'Shea/Ryan Braddock/Jay Bradley were backstage at Money in the Bank. Bradley is local to Chicago, so I wouldn't read too much into him being there.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. Basically it's his gimmick now. He couldn't beat AJ without an edge, and then he couldn't even beat him with a low blow... or with anything for that matter. It's done him no favors as a top guy.

2. Unless he hid them in his mouth for a long time, he did eat/swallow them. It was pretty disgusting.

3. Why do high-flyers do what they do? It's the style that gets them over/booked. If you can't be the most technical worker or the quickest one, sometimes you have to try to be the most hardcore.

4. Eh. I don't know if anyone would really care enough about him losing his hair. They clearly don't really have any ideas for pushing him, so he's just Stephanie's stand-in for the time being.

5. Basically Mania is the biggest show of the year and after that, the urgency's gone, so they take something of a breather before building things back up.

More wrestling tomorrow.
