Johnny Impact update, international name working Slammiversary, more Ontario Impact tapings, new WWE Photo Shoot, collections return, assorted press, NXT getting special comic, first-ever ROH event on Honorclub, big AAA angle, AAA in MSG?, XFL head named, new WWEPC hire, Forbes on WWE trying to win an Emmy, WWE:UK events broadcast update, Lana's first merch, Amann trial verdict, Raw audience, HBK returning?, and Questions on WWE's TV deal affecting tours, WWE's MSG status, teasing All In 2, NJPW selling out the Cow Palace, and selling Ronda vs. Nia

Johnny Impact is returning to Impact for Slammiversary. That's good news. I'm curious how he'll fit into things.

Taiji Ishimori is booked for Slammiversary. It was previously expected he'd be done with Impact due to leaving NOAH for NJPW, since NOAH is partnered with Impact while NJPW is partnered with ROH. It's possible he's able to make his own deals independently of NJPW. Either way, I'm glad we'll be seeing more of him there.

Impact will tape in Ontario on July 23, July 24, August 12, and August 13. It's good they're able to offer more regular work now. We'll see if that means an increase in viewership and other buzz.

"WWE Photo Shoot" with The Godfather has hit WWE Network. Cool to see him pop up every so often.

WWE Network has put Wargames, TLC tag teams, and Ric Flair collections back on the service. Interesting. You'd think they'd do that closer to the Wargames and TLC events.

Finn Balor met Special Olympics competitors at Raw. Nice to see WWE helping that organization out.

NXT is getting a limited-edition comic covering his history to now. The brand has really shaped what WWE means in 2018.

ROH has added their first ever event to Honorclub, and they're working on getting other 2002 events ready for the service.

Jeff Jarrett has become AAA Mega Champion, winning a three way match against Rey Mysterio and Dr. Wagner Jr. with Konnan as the special referee in a La Parka mask. So they're building the company around guys in their forties and fifties. Well, it got people talking, so I guess they succeeded in that sense.

- AAA is looking to run Madison Square Garden in September. That would explain the focus on names known in the U.S. They're taking a gamble with all of this, but maybe they'll be able to build the younger undercard names into stars using the older guys to draw curious outside fans.

- MSG is openly seeking non-WWE events at the venue following WWE exclusively using the nearby Barclays Center for WrestleMania 35 week activities. It's entirely possible we see both an AAA event and All In 2 come from there unless WWE decides to use the venue for a live event on the dates those shows have requested. That's a big power play from MGS. Is WWE willing to move on from what was a centerpiece in their early years?

Jonathan Coachman missed Raw due to appearing for The Golf Channel. That's expected to be his final conflicting date.

The XFL CEO and Commissioner will be Oliver Luck, leaving the NCAA. He's got a lot of experience in football and sports, so he and Vince might just have a shot.

Kristal Marshall is on Jimmy Noonan's latest podcast.

WWE has signed New Zealand rugby star Daniel Vidot. I'm curious how he'll do there.

Forbes covered WWE trying to win an Emmy. It looks like it's a WWE Network special they submitted. Even being nominated would be a big step for the company.

WWE's upcoming UK brand events will air on WWE Network on June 25 and June 26. It's interesting they're not showing them live. They should be very big for the company either way.

New Day will be part of Gamespot's E3 coverage. Pretty cool.

Lana has her first official WWE shirt. Good to see her moving up like that.

Dr. Chris Amann asked for nearly $4 million in damages in his court case, $1 for every person who streamed the podcast in question. This is in addition to unspecified punitive damage. As Amann has remained employed by WWE, he mainly argued he was owed money due to chants and tweets directed at him.

- The jury unanimously decided all claims in favor of Punk and Cabana in just under two hours. So this was four years wasted by the parties involved. At least he didn't sue Twitter users!

The Miz spoke on Busted Open, taking credit for SDL going to FOX. I love it.

Raw's audience slightly improved to 2.53 million viewers Monday night. They're really in a slump right now.

Shawn Michaels teased returning for a final match. He might as well given the other '90s guys still popping up every so often. Maybe at something like the Greatest Royal Rumble?

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. They actually do keep Raw and SDL tapings pretty close to each other because production and backstage people are needed at both, so that probably won't change. We'll see about plans to cut back on live events; it would certainly make sense given the greater focus on TV.

2. From the sounds of things, unless WWE books shows there on the same date other companies want to run the venue, MSG is going to allow other companies to do shows. WWE is clearly further behind the Barclays Center. We'll see what they consider "best for business" in regards to MSG going forward and whether they're willing to get involved in order to make sure other promotions can't run shows there.

3. It makes sense given the buzz they have. They might just have a short timetable to put on a second show before WWE gives big offers to some of the players.

4. Having guys like Jericho and Rey on the card will certainly help! They're going to have to promote pretty hard, though. It's a big leap from the previous venue, and some fans might have already chosen All In over this show.

5. Ronda's brand new to wrestling and she thinks she can beat someone twice her size? Beating a businesswoman mom and her semi-retired husband is one thing, but Nia is Raw Women's Champion for a reason.

More wrestling tomorrow.
