Query on TNA stars going to WWE, post-Impact Wrestling show, Hart-HBK videos, Brisco update, another SuperShow made, Questions on stealing stories, Kelly, Stephanie, TNA's production, and the two Sin Caras, Tomko update "E:60" producer interviewed, Angle talks Olympics, Impact Wrestling rating, Ross update, Sheamus talks WWE '12, and Slater comments on his suspension

First up for Friday was a query sent here. I don't know of any currently contracted TNA talents who are headed to WWE anytime soon. It's been said that there are a number who are considering it, but there's no guarantee that any of them will actually make the jump (or that WWE would be interested in them). Time will tell whether we see some "TNA originals" in WWE.

Here's the Impact Wrestling post-show.

A pair of videos has been posted revolving around Hart's title reign in 1995 and Montreal Screwjob portions of the Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart rivalry DVD. Great stuff.

Jim Ross updated the status of Jerry Brisco. Glad to hear that he's coming out of this well so far.

WWE's event in Evansville, Indiana on 1/28/12 is now a Supershow. Seems like that's going to become the norm.

After the break, I go into PWInsider.com's questions. First up, one on sites that steal news without giving credit.
1. The very first post I made on this blog stated that I get a lot of my news from elsewhere. I'd like to think that I've given credit for that sort of thing. I don't just cut-and-paste their stories, and I decide which ones I'll report. Not to mention that I get some stories and rumors that they don't. So I believe that there is enough of a difference between myself and them.

2. I hope so, at least as long as the DoD/SoS are a big part of the division. It's been rather refreshing to see that side of her.

3. Would it really be that unexpected? They bring up some good points, even if we have seen her a couple of times recently. Since the Raw GM can't be anyone from the McMahon family (as stated by the Board), it looks like she's out of the running there. I would have put decent odds on her being involved more, possibly sabotaging her husband alongside Laurinaitis. Sometimes those of us who think we know where an angle's going can be wrong!

4. I like them as well. It seems like I'm always bashing TNA, but that's one thing they do a pretty good job with.

5. Not too much to add there, other than that last part was a really stupid rumor. As much merchandise as he's selling and as over as he is right now, there's no way they'd release him at this point unless some pretty bad stuff happened with him behind-the-scenes.

Tomko has posted bail, and voluntarily checked himself in to a WWE-sponsored rehab facility. That's a good start to hopefully turning his life around.

PWTorch.com interviewed the producer of the "E:60" piece on Scott Hall. In typical Torch fashion, they tried to work their own angle and throw in sensationalized stances. The question on the alleged "culture of death" was particularly embarrassing.

Kurt Angle talked about his Olympic aspirations and past steroid use.

Impact Wrestling scored a whopping 1.35 rating with over 2 million viewers, the highest they've drawn all year. Definitely a good start to the hopefully new direction of the company.

Update: Eric Bischoff commented on the rating for the poorly-received show with a lot of talking. He has a point.

Jim Ross isn't currently scheduled to attend Vengeance. Not really surprising.

Sheamus talked about WWE '12 in a new interview.

Finally, Heath Slater discussed his suspension from WWE resulting from a violation of the Wellness Policy. I hope his words hold true.

That's all for Friday's news. More to come tonight. Thanks for reading!
