Matches added to ROH PPV, ROH TV preview, Kidd update, Mickie lives, GFW contract update, WWE press, more Network content, Interview with Ryder, Questions on Matt Striker, choosing what to cover, Joe vs. Cesaro, free months on the Network, and Owens as a heel

Added to the June 19 ROH PPV:
- Mark Briscoe w/ ODB vs. Donovan Dijak w/ Truth Martini.
- No Disqualification match for the ROH Tag Team Championship: The Addiction vs. ReDRagon

I didn't miss ODB a bit, but she's over so I see why they're using her.

Set for this week's ROH TV:
- ROH Tag Team Championship: The Addiction vs. ReDRagon
- Dalton Castle vs. Jushin "Thunder" Liger
- Brutal Bob vs. Cheeseburger
- Mike Bennett/Matt Taven of The Kingdom vs. Doc Gallows/Karl Anderson of Bullet Club

I'm looking forward to seeing what ROH brings to the table this week. I have mixed opinions of last week's show.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

WWE.com has acknowledged Tyson Kidd's injury from last week's dark match. As of that response, he was still undergoing evaluations. The show won't be the same without him. FACT.

Mickie James confirmed still being alive following taking an unrealistic bump from being gently shoved by James Storm on Impact Wrestling. The angle at least got people talking. I say they go full-on Shark Boy in a coma with Mickie.

ROH's Moose will still be working GFW live events, but is unable to do the TV tapings because of his contract. ROH could have pulled him from all shows like a certain other promotion, but they're not going to prevent him from working some dates that don't interfere with theirs.

Here's a piece on one of WWE's live events this weekend. There was nothing out of the ordinary on them this weekend as far as NXT names getting tryouts or anything.

WWE will show the one-hour documentary of the million-dollar Tough Enough season this Wednesday at 4. That's good press for the upcoming show.

Zack Ryder talked about his recent segment on Raw, his character, and more. I thought the Edgeheads was a clever idea. They were definitely more interesting than the Major Brothers.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. Striker is a superfan and sometimes has trouble reeling it in in a more highly-controlled environment. While I loved a lot of his references in the ECW brand/NXT days, he wasn't going to be able to get away with that kind of thing on shows the higher-ups were producing more closely. He's not as much of a robot as they want announcers to be, I guess. And remember, WWE doesn't want too much of that "wrestling" nonsense on commentary for their sports-entertainment variety show.

2. The argument can be made it's newsworthy and has an audience. I don't like covering Big Show matches, but if he's involved in something I'd normally cover, I cover it.

3. I think that'd be amazing! I also wish it would be on the main roster, so first they'd need to introduce us to who Samoa Joe is. With Owens moving to the main roster, it would make sense to put Joe there, too. They need to be careful, though. NXT live events need to still have some of the top names we currently see. There's a danger of moving too many people up at once. With Zayn and Itami injured and Owens moving up, they're down several of their top attractions.

4. I do worry about people "gaming the system" by continuing to sign up under different email addresses to keep getting things for free. I also definitely see the concern about people getting so many chances to get a free month, because if they don't have the Network by now, WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY WAITING FOR? It's well worth it, if just for the PPVs. Even if you think the PPVs are only a fourth as good as they were when WWE charged 40 bucks, you're still not being charged too much.

5. There's the whole "him trying to end his best friend's career" thing, which he also tried on Neville and Alex Riley. And he hit Cena with a mic unaware in their first face-to-face meeting, before attacking him from behind after the feel-good moment of Cena vs. Ryder with the cast of Entourage. So, yeah, I still see him as a heel. Just one with some justification to his actions.

More wrestling tomorrow.
