Query on the last TNA Champion of 2015, what happened after Raw, Dudleys respond to 3D on Raw, Austin vs. Lesnar update, Interviews with Dempsey/Bliss, ROH PPV note, Joe-ROH update, Raw audience, and Questions on Twin Magic, Joe as a Heyman guy, the Dangerous Alliance, MEM in WWE, and a WWE vs. NXT show

First up, a query:
1. Call me crazy, but here's a theory of how the TNA Title will go for the rest of the year (includes spoilers for tonight's show): ECIII beats Angle for the strap at Slammiversary, then takes his first-ever pinfall loss to Rockstar Spud in an upset at BFG. I think that would work great from a story perspective if they can build Spud up as someone who, in the right time and the right place, can be in the same league as ECIII. They can have a special referee or something to protect ECIII in the loss and set up rematches, but I think that's a realistic option.

John Cena defeated Bray Wyatt after Raw. Talk about a character not doing anything right now. I can see him challenging Ryback for the IC Title given their recent feud.

The Dudley Boys responded to the use of the 3D on Raw by Luke Harper and Erick Rowan, leading to a challenge for a match. Bubba Ray has been angling for a WWE return for a good while now, including pitching himself vs. Brock Lesnar. I think the reunited Wyatt Family vs. the Dudleys and Rhyno would make a good match for Summerslam, personally. I just don't know if WWE will even acknowledge that move is the 3D and set that feud up.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

Chris Jericho will interview former NXT head trainer Bill DeMott this Friday. That should be interesting. Y2J's going to get a ton of negative tweets after that one for sure!

Big Show talked about whether he'd work Hulk Hogan at WrestleMania 32 and more. DEAR GOD NO. They wrestled back when Bill Clinton was in his first term. There are a lot of current fans who weren't even born then. It makes sense on one level to try to get some nostalgia fans to pass the 100,000 attendance mark, but surely Taker vs. Sting and Triple H vs. The Rock (and maybe Stone Cold vs. Lesnar) would be enough for that? Now, DX vs. the nWo I think I could live with if there are enough of them who can still bump. But Hogan vs. Big Show? NO.

Stone Cold addressed his recent WWE Network appearance on his latest podcast, basically saying he was doing what was best for his character when accepting the challenge to face Brock Lesnar. No such match is actually in the works. There's still plenty of time before WM32 for that to change, although I wouldn't assume it happens. Remember when everyone assumed we'd get Taker vs. Sting at WM31?

WWE will begin filming the competitors for Tough Enough as soon as they hit the WWE Performance Center. They're going to be in for a wild ride.

NXT's Bull Dempsey was Taz's latest podcast guest. Dempsey was part of Taz's "finishing school" a few years back. I hope Dempsey is able to be molded into something good. He's got the raw materials to end up another monster.

Alexa Bliss was interviewed before the upcoming NXT live event in Ohio:

- I'm guessing this was done before she turned heel. She's been a talent on the rise, for sure.

- I think the "Disney Diva" gimmick is a good one for a face, but I don't know if they could actually use that moniker for her.

ROH's Best in the World PPV will be available online via the Flipps app. This could easily be their most-watched event ever given the number of homes that can see their weekly show now.

Samoa Joe's appearance for ROH on June 20 is his last contracted date there. If he appears on the main roster for WWE in the next few months, he'll have had TV appearances for the three top promotions in the U.S. in 2015.

Raw dropped to 3.65 million this week, a pretty notable drop from the previous week. I suspect things will heat up as we approach Summerslam. Brock Lesnar will be back soon, after all.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. They don't look THAT different, especially when wearing similar clothing/colors like on Raw. The ref's job was to see if Paige's shoulders were down, not check out the Divas' breasts. That said, it's kind of a tired finish in 2015.

2. If they want to use Joe as a babyface, they probably shouldn't pair him with Heyman while Heyman is also advocating Brock. Although I guess Brock is something of an antihero/tweener now. Either way, I don't think they need to do that pairing. Joe should be fine on his own. Maybe if he catches Heyman's attention after tearing through some people, but not immediately upon debuting.

3. I don't think you're going to get much argument there! They were a collection of some of the best all-time names.

4. I doubt there's that much demand for a second reunion of that group. Joe's really the only member of the group they're interested in putting back in the ring, and I don't see how TNA wouldn't own the name MEM. Joe's much more valuable as a singles guy. Although if we combine this question with the other one on Joe, would that mean we end up with Scott Steiner as Joe's mouthpiece?

Really though, no way does WWE try to rehash something TNA did, at least while TNA is still a thing. If WWE buys TNA and gets all those trademarks, MAYBE they take some ideas from there since they could show footage of, say, Ultimate X ahead of introducing the match to WWE. But don't count on it.

5. That's not a bad idea for a Network special. I think they'd need to use some NXT alumni on the NXT side for them to have a chance (Neville, Paige, etc.), and they'd have to be careful not to make one side like too weak, but I think it could be done. I think we're a way away from that being a realistic possibility, but maybe when NXT becomes an even bigger deal.

More wrestling tomorrow.
