Main Event:
Good set-up for Punk's match.
And a good response by Sheamus.
Pretty awesome match-up, but I expected nothing less from a Mania-worthy encounter.
Good interviews with Punk and Show.
Not a bad tag match.
Everything else from 10/3 is after the break!
TNA's King Mo held a conference call.
Jeff Hardy talked personal demons, WWE, and more. WWE's got to be careful if they do bring him back.
Kevin Nash talked about the nWo, Punk, and more. He's right about telling stories.
For my take on the 10/3 PWInsider.com questions:
1. It's an interesting idea, but I don't know how many people would be interested in a DVD about calling the action as opposed to the action itself.
2. He botched a lot of names and cues. It was kind of hard to watch.
3. If WWE wanted the shows to be like real sporting events, we wouldn't have the kind of matches we see on Saturday Morning Slam. But it does sell the illusion of the match with the announcers in person.
There's really nothing to add to 4.
5. WWE doesn't exactly have the best record with homosexuality. I don't know how well it'd go over with sponsors and some families. It's a touchy subject.
More news coming up after the 10/4 Superstars and Impact.
